Window 10 and mouse desactivation.

On a lenovo X220

I used to deactivate the touch pad because I use an external mouse.

Why? Sometime I unintentionally touch the touchpad.

But this is the first time I can't deactivate it.

Is it due to new W10 updates?

What could I do?

Re-install a previous version of W10?
